How to use EMS

• Select envelopes or packages suitable for your items. For fragile items, you are advised to use shockproof envelopes or packaging
• Envelop documents or wrap parcels tightly. Provide the correct postal code.
• Inform our officer that you require EMS and show your ID card. Our officers will charge the service prices based on the weight of your items.
• Keep the receipt and delivery code as evidence to trace and track.

EMS delivery period

• Receivers in the areas of Bangkok and nearby provinces (Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani and Samut Prakan) will receive items between 12:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. the following day.
• Items sent from Bangkok to another region, or from another region to Bangkok, will be delivered to receivers by 4:30 p.m. the following day.
• Within the same region, items will be delivered by 4:30 p.m. the following day.
• Items sent between different regions will be delivered within 2-3 days.
