Investigation Form
In case customers would like to investigate the reason for delay, lost, etc. , customers should do the following:
- Download the investigation form by click download.
- Print the downloaded form and complete the first part clearly.
- Submit the completed form together with the copy of receipt to the post of origin directly.
- Thailand Post Co., Ltd. will give consideration to the submitted form and entertain your request.
