Service description
International value added services for oversized and overweight items of 20-200 kgs. Ready-to-go shipments are accepted at 186 postal outlets nationwide (click here). The item will be transported to designated destinations by Air and handed over to customer at door steps. Senders can track the status of the shipment via smart phone application “Track & Trace”, www.thailandpost.co.th, or THP Contact Center 1545.

| Terms and conditions |
|
- Weight (total weight) weighing from 20-200 kgs./item
- Maximum dimensions (Width x Length x Height) Not over 150 x 150 x 200 cm.
- The customs formalities (if any) shall be made prior to ship via postal outlet.
- Compensation for loss or damage caused by the postal service will be payable according to its actual value within the maximum amount of 3,000 THB. In case of more insurance needed, sender can use insured service with extra free at the maximum amount of 1,000 SDR.
